Our new website is designed to provide parents, carers, pupils and members of our community with information about the school.

Daviot Primary is part of the Meldrum Community Schools Network.  The Primary itself is set within the small rural village of Daviot under the back drop of Benachie.

Daviot  School currently has 80 pupils spread across 4 classes some of which are composite.  We have a Teaching Head along with several full and part time teaching staff.  The school is also supported by 2 Pupil Support Assistants ( PSAs) in the classrooms and playground, Additional Support for Learning ( ASL) staff and Drama and Art Teachers who also teach regularly at the school. 

We have an active Parent Council Group here at Daviot, who raise funds to support the school and provide a voice to represent our parent body.

The pupils have a strong voice through our Daviot Rights Respecting Group (RRG).  Here at Daviot through the work of the RRG, we have recently gained Bronze Status and as a school we are working towards Silver.
